In 2023, Et Al. purchased a Queen Anne cottage in Butte, Montana, and spent the next two years renovating and restoring its historic character. Local and regional tradespeople were engaged throughout the project, and work from local makers was incorporated whenever possible, ensuring the economic impact stayed within the community. Notable restoration efforts included uncovering and repairing the original transom above the entry door and commissioning a local sign painter to hand‑letter the home’s address.
The home is now rented to a local healthcare professional, continuing its role in supporting the community.
